Fred has begun building the Model Factory Hiro superkit and will build the #26 Le Mans 1964 version. This model is already presold but if you have interest, email me for more details.

Stunning build.I have the MFH 1/12 visible engine kit of the GTO.It is a bit of a challenge to get the pistons to move in the cylinders.I love the weathering effect you did on the engine. Can I ask how you did it?

I have the full GTO kit too and I plan to display the visible engine next to the kit.I will be studying your build for tips.

Yes, but it is very close to the real thing. "to each his own" ;)

Still a splendid build of a superbly executed kit by Mr. HIRO.

Personally I like the contrast...it is a nice and clean presentation. The windshield is missing the frame the way HIRO designed it, which is a difficult installation but looks more realistic in my opinion ;)

This is how you would see the cars prepared/restored for Pebble Beach, not prior to a race of course. It is built to customer preference, some guys prefer the cleaner look, this particular customer wanted the car finished in this way.

Very good, although the paint/tires/wire wheels look way cleaner than any NART car I have ever seen pictures of!!! NART cars always looked ratty unless they were prepared directly from the factory. This one had had a few NART prepared races before Lemans.

Fred informed me this was modified from a helmet he had. He made a mould and offered to send one to you free. Send me your address at this email and I will give to Fred.
