After I saw the Daytona Prototype #10287 a couple of weeks ago in a Ducth workshop, i HAD to have the actual model too.
a google search led to a direct hit and BINGO! I just got myself a new model hahaha

It is fantastic to see a model of this car; I had no idea they ever made one. A few observations below, but I really don't mean to detract from your model; I love it.

My father owned this car for about a year around 1968. Here's a few photos from the family archive.

Notice that the car originally did not have a side rearview mirror. Also, wheels were not Borrani wire, taillights were 3, a few other minor differences.

there are a few minor details about this model that are a bit off:

Other than that I am glad to have found this model.....after this live encounter...
