If Peter, I'm going to paint. But first I make sure it is possible to build this kit!

Thank you for your comments!

Yes, it is building a little difficult. This is probably because it is the first MFH kit in 1/43 that I build.
But it is a fascinating work.

Fantastic job Fabrice, very good fitting on the panels and doors and clever way of fixing the front panel.

Regards, Ricardo

Oh, thank you Ricardo!

I will soon begin the painting and try to add some detail to the engine. To help me I have more 300 pictures of porsche 956 and 962 that I took at Francorchamps circuit.
For now, the model is almost completely disassembled and I look at the best way to proceed to paint and add details.
I hope that this step will go well!

Pending the following of the wip, here are some pictures from my collection of real 962 and 956.

Fabrice

Very nice build and a lot of work has going in to this one. For detailing the Porsche 956/962 engine I highly recommend this booklet from speeddetails.

Thank you Peter and Joe,
I'm glad you like my WIP.

I just finished the painting of the bodywork bicolor (Tamiya TS-26 white applied with an airbrush and blue Rothmans from Zero Paint).

While the paint of the body dries, I will attacking the setting up of electrical cabling and piping on the engine and the gearbox.
