Fred has begun building the Model Factory Hiro superkit and will build the #26 Le Mans 1964 version. This model is already presold but if you have interest, email me for more details.

For those ordering the 1/12 GTO build, Fred is also offering an option to have the spare GTO engine parts on the same display base. Contact me for more details if you have interest.

Too bad they don't just produce an engine-only kit. I would love to have that all by itself. I think others who want the size/quality of this piece but do not have the means for the whole thing would have an opportunity that was more affordable and beautiful to display. Model Factory Hiro is really impressing me with their 1/43 kits. I hope they keep offering more and more options.

I agree, seems like there is enough demand for the engine alone. I think the full engine would be very popular as a project by itself.
